Tara Brown, owner of Phases Healing & Massage, is an intuitive Licensed Massage Therapist and Usui Reiki Master with a specialization in CranioSacral Therapy and headache and migraine relief. Before becoming a massage therapist in 2015, Tara began her healthcare journey working as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 12 years, but eventually switched gears to focus on the holistic side of healing and began massage therapy school. With combined techniques of relaxation, myofascial release, acupressure, and stretching, Tara has helped countless clients with their muscle tension and restrictions. She is trained in CranioSacral Therapy, aromatherapy, hot stone and is prenatal certified.
When Tara is not in the massage studio, you can find her helping people buy and sell their properties as a REALTOR®️, spending her free time with family and friends or volunteering in the community.
